Returned and Exchanged items
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items purchased from our website. Returned or exchanged items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to our location. Our site is a free shipping site in the continental United States. Free shipping only applies to the original purchase; therefore buyer is also responsible for shipping cost associated with the return to buyer. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Restocking fees must be satisfied prior to refund given to credit card or bonus rewards card.

Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer Warranties for items purchased from our site will be satisfied by us. Items must be returned within Manufacturer Warranty periods. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with return of item to our location. Replacement items will be shipped at no additional costs to the buyer in the continental United States. If item no longer exists, then buyer will receive suitable replacement from the same manufacturer or website credit for future purchases.
